Q  Do you provide your own catering? Can I use an outside caterer or bring in my own alcohol?

 

A  We are full service facility with our own Executive Chef and he has come up with some fabulous menu options. However, you may bring in your own wedding cake. Outside catering is not permitted.

 

We also have our own Liquor License so all beverages must come through us.

 



Q  Do you have a list of recommended vendors (florists, DJs, bands, photographers, etc.) you’ve worked with?  Can I use someone else if I’d prefer?

 

A  We do have a list of recommended vendors that have worked here before and received great reviews, but you may use whomever you would like. Please click here to be taken to that list.

 



Q  What is the maximum size wedding you can accommodate?

 

A  Our facility can seat 300 for a plated dinner (with a dance floor).

 



Q  How many guests can you seat for a ceremony? What does the ceremony fee include?

 

A  Our deck can accommodate 200, the peninsula can seat 300, and our garden can seat 200 in a number of different set-ups. The ceremony fee includes 1/2 hour ceremony time in the location of your choice (The Garden, Deck, Peninsula or indoors -weather permitting), rental, set-up and breakdown of the ceremony chairs, and use of our bridal changing room with cheese and cracker snack tray and non-alcoholic beverages 1 1/2 hours before the ceremony. It also includes a 1-hour rehearsal with your coordinator.

 



Q  What is included in the room rental?

 

A  Our room rental includes the Lakeview Room for 5 hours with all tables, gold chivari chairs, china, glassware, full length ivory linen, ivory linen napkins, hurricane with a pillar candle and square mirror centerpieces, and a dance floor (21’x21’).

 



Q  What are all your fees?

 

A  There is a facility rental, your food and beverage choices, ceremony fee (if applicable), accessories (if applicable), 20% service charge (this applies to all items except facility rental) and Ohio Sales Tax (this applies to all items except the service charge).

 



Q  Is the site handicap accessible?

 

A  Yes. Please let us know of any special needs and our staff will be happy to assist.

 



Q  What kind of parking facilities do you have?

 

A  We offer ample FREE parking to all of our guests.
